Secure checkout

Checkout is provided through Shopify’s secure checkout environment. Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers available for your order; rayttrig does not store full card details in plain text.

Available payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. They may include American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, depending on the destination, device and payment-provider settings.

Payment authorization

Your payment method may be authorized when you place an order. If authorization fails, the order will not be completed. In some cases, your bank or payment provider may request additional verification.

Order confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

Security guidance

Use a secure internet connection when shopping online and do not share your account or payment credentials with others. If you believe an order was placed without your authorization, contact your payment provider and email us promptly.
